Personal Training Associates can provide one-on-one personal fitness training for residents in Maryland. We have been providing quality training for clients in the privacy of their own homes. Our trainers are certified and will develop a training program, which caters to your individual needs.

We can make a trainer available wherever and whenever it's most convenient for you. Generally this means coming to your home, but a trainer can also come to your workplace.

We work efficiently throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, by employing trainers who live throughout the whole area. Our trainers live from Mount Vernon to Leesburg, and from Bowie to Rockville. Wherever you live in the DC area, we have a trainer nearby.

Don't worry if you don't have equipment. We'll bring whatever is necessary to give you a good workout. We use adjustable dumbbells, stability balls, stretch cords, and other portable gear. Along with body-weight and manual resistance techniques, this allows us to get the job done without requiring that you make a major equipment purchase to get started.
